Banana Inawera gives a very accurate fresh banana flavour that is very close to the real thing, unlike many other banana concentrates which more often taste like foam candy banana flavours. Banana Inawera is sweet and creamy, so use this concentrate as a good stand-alone flavour or combine it with other concentrates for a wide range of classic recipes such as banoffee cream pie, banana split or bananas and custard.
